Recipe Spisula

- 1 kg spisula
- 350 grams spaghetti
- 150 ml white wine
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 red pepper
- 1/2 lemon
- 25 grams of butter
- Olive oil
- 1 hand parsley
- Salt and pepper

Cooking instruction:
Thaw and wash the spisula shells. Then cook the spaghetti al dente.

Pour a dash of olive oil into a thick-bottomed pan while the spaghetti cooks, then chop the garlic cloves and red pepper and sauté them. Depending on taste, the pepper seeds can remain in place or can be taken out for a less spicy dish.

Pluck the parsley leaves from the stems and finely chop both separately. Add the finely chopped parsley stems to the garlic and red pepper in the pan and fry briefly. Add the spisula, stir everything well and add the white wine.

Cook the spisula with closed lid in the pan for about 3 minutes until all the shells are open. Meanwhile, squeeze half the lemon. Then add the cooked spaghetti together with the finely chopped parsley leaves, lemon juice and butter and stir everything again. Season with salt and pepper.
